Complaints
If we’ve let you down, please tell us. We’ll always try to put things right as quickly as possible. You can ask to speak to a service manager at any point, and many concerns can be resolved straight away. If you’re still unhappy, you can make a formal complaint. Please ask for a copy of our complaints procedure using the form below and we’ll respond within three working days.
